This Legal Notice provides the identifying and contact information applicable to the website and digital service available at https://videola.ai ("Videola" or the "Site"), in accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). It also sets out the general rules applicable to access to the public areas of the Site.

Administrative authorisation and regulated professions: The operation of Videola is not subject to a specific prior administrative-authorisation regime, and the activity is not the practice of a regulated profession.

Codes of conduct: Videola is not currently formally adhered to any code of conduct.

2. Purpose of the Site

Videola is an online software service that helps users create videos from narration scripts and other selections. Depending on the features selected, the service may use artificial intelligence and automated media-processing technologies to interpret or transform narration text, generate synthetic voice narration, generate images, process images uploaded by users, create captions, add music and effects, and assemble a downloadable video. Further information about the features and conditions of the service is provided in the Terms of Service and the AI Transparency Notice.

3. Documents governing use of the Site

Access to the public areas of the Site is subject to this Legal Notice.

Creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, and using the video-generation service are governed by the Terms of Service, which include Videola's acceptable-use rules. Users accept the Terms of Service separately, when required during account registration or checkout; a public visitor is not asked to "accept" this Legal Notice.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices, billing periods, plan features, and credit allowances are displayed on the Pricing page and during checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed before checkout do not include VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes. Applicable taxes depend on factors such as the customer's billing country and are calculated and displayed during checkout, before the customer places the order; the checkout page shows the complete amount payable, including applicable taxes. Videola provides a digital service and does not charge physical shipping fees.

5. Merchant of record

Purchases completed through the Videola checkout are sold by:

Creem acts as the merchant of record and legal seller for the payment transaction and is responsible for payment processing, calculation and collection of applicable indirect taxes, issuance of confirmations and invoices, and processing of refunds and chargebacks, as well as the operation of its checkout and customer portal. Videola remains responsible for operating, supplying, and supporting the Videola service. Purchases are also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms and privacy information presented through Creem's checkout; where those terms and the Videola Terms of Service address the same payment-transaction matter inconsistently, the Creem Buyer Terms apply to that transaction.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The Site, the service, and their original content — including the software and source code, design and interfaces, workflows, texts, graphics, logos, and the "Videola" name, domain, and branding — are owned by the provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual- and industrial-property law. Access to the Site does not transfer any of these rights. Except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Service or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, modify, extract, or commercially exploit protected content, reverse-engineer the service, remove intellectual-property notices, or use Videola branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement. Rights relating to user inputs, generated output, and third-party materials are governed by the Terms of Service.

7. Lawful use of the Site

You must access and use the Site lawfully, in good faith, and in accordance with this Legal Notice and the Terms of Service. You must not damage, overload, or interfere with the Site; attempt to gain unauthorised access; introduce malware; circumvent security or credit controls; use the Site to violate another person's rights; or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited content generation. More detailed restrictions are set out in the Terms of Service.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on and may link to independent third-party services, including authentication, payment, artificial-intelligence, hosting, and publishing-platform providers. These are operated independently and governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Videola does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, or data practices, except for any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. A link or integration does not imply endorsement.

9. Data protection

The provider identified in Section 1 is the data controller for personal data processed through the Site. Information about the data processed, the purposes and legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention, and your rights — including how to contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) — is set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary technologies (for authentication, security, and essential functionality) may operate without consent where the law permits; any optional technologies will not operate before consent is obtained where consent is legally required. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy. Third-party checkout or customer-portal pages, including those operated by Creem, may use their own cookies under their respective notices.

11. Availability and liability

The provider takes reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of the Site but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, or that every function, model, voice, or third-party integration will remain permanently available. The contractual allocation of responsibility and liability is set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, liability for death or personal injury that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to this Legal Notice

This Legal Notice may be updated to reflect changes to the provider's identifying or contact information, the service, third-party providers, or applicable legal requirements. The current version and its effective date remain available through the Site. Changes to the contractual Terms of Service are handled under the procedure described in those Terms.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections available under the law of your country of habitual residence, and the courts competent under applicable consumer-protection rules will have jurisdiction. Jurisdiction for business users is described in the Terms of Service. Before beginning formal proceedings, you may contact the provider at support@videola.ai to try to resolve the matter.
